I am very sorry to have to tell you this, but due to Legal Reasons, there will be no more posts from me on this site. I had a lot of fun, but I wasn't prepared to deal with the full ramifications that came with running a site like this.
I love celebrity gossip, and may keep it up, which is why I still have this site running, but I cannot use anyone elses photos in doing that - even if I give them credit.
So stay tuned, there could be something fantastic, but for now I am going to have to say that I hope in the future I will speak to you again.

The rumours have finally been confirmed! Ashley Simpson, who married Pete Wentz a few days ago has finally announced that they are having a baby! It was confirmed on Pete's website. He says:

"While many have speculated about this, we wanted to wait until after the first trimester to officially confirm that we are expecting our first child. This is truly the most joyous time in our lives and we are excited to share the happy news and start our family."

I wonder how Jessica Simpson is feeling about this?

Blake Lively and Penn... someone - the people from Gossip Girl - were vacationing in Mexico the other day and these photos came out of her squeezing his pimple on his chest. EW GROSS. I could never do taht to anyone, including my boyfriend! I mean, your own pimples are one thing, but other peoples? GROSS!

On another note, we (Ontario Netball Opens) came back from Calgary with a silver medal. No one likes to lose, especially when its against BC, but it was a great tournament and we will kill them next year.

She just turned 17. She is having a baby. I find this mortifying, that the human body would actually allow such a thing to happen. That SHE would allow this to happen to herself. I know she probably thinks she is way older than she is because she is in show business or whatever, but this image just disturbs me to no end.
Probably because I could never imagine having a child of my own when I am almost 24, a whole 7 years older than Jamie Lynn Spears. (Brittany Spears sister) I don't know... is there much more to say than white trailer trash?

I used to like Angeline Jolie a lot. When she did Girl Interrupted it was like the best movie ever. I couldn't believe it when she married Brad Pitt. Although like everyone else, I saw it coming when all the rumours started and there was a photo of them holding hands.
She has really gone downhill in my books. I mean, she has a lot of children, and does she really afford them the lifestyle that a child will be able to grow and prosper? I think they will be more likely to become famous children and drug addicts, but we will wait and see I guess.

She basically said that she was settling down and everything is for Harlow, her daughter. She also said something interesting when asked about Paris Hilton having a baby and getting married?

I think with my trip away last weekend, I keep on looking for the next best holiday spot. I came across the worlds largest pool in San Alfonso del Mar resort at Algarrobo, Chile, California.
Its reported to have such clear water, that you can always see the bottom, even from the deep end. It measures more than 1,000 yards long, covers 20 acres, had a 115ft deep end and holds 66 million gallons of water.

I have always been a little intrigued by Paris Hilton, I can't deny that. She has been so influential with my generation that its pretty hard to avoid her really. But since she started dated Benji Madden, one of the brothers from Good Charlotte, I have realised that maybe, instead of trying to be in the spotlight, these two might actually really like each other.
I mean, they have been together for a few months, which is one of Paris' longest relationships. And Benji was quoted saying this:

I had this conversation with my boyfriend the other night about whether to do this post. We were talking about Lindsay and her new 'girlfriend', arguing the point whether they were or were not 'together'.
So instead I am not going to say anything, I am just going to put it out there that they have spent a LOT of time together this year, and they are together almost every day!
The reason I didn't want to do this post is because I think whatever they do in their private time is just that, private. But I mean, maybe if they came out, they would get a lot more publicity. Isn't that what Lindsay likes best?

Ok I LOVE Kristen Bell. She was so good on Veronica Mars. She is becoming really big these days, with her new movie Forgetting Sarah Marshall which I hope to see tonight. I have heard that she has saved her Catholic School uniform to wear on her wedding night. I don't really get this. I mean, I went to Catholic School too, and the last thing I would think of is wearing my uniform ever again. UPDATE: It looks like we wont be seeing AS much of Miley. Execs at Disney have released the following statement;

“You won’t be seeing her for a while. The company is keeping her away from events … They’re trying to keep her contained.”

Miley Cyrus is just everywhere with scandalous pics these days.
She did a photo shoot for Vanity Fair that has been getting a lot of attention, and not in the right way!
People say that she went too far by taking her top off for this shoot, and the fact that Vanity Fair has a reputation for always getting the 'all clear' on photos by the subjects themselves, makes it certain that she had to have known that these pics were going to be published.
I really don't think they're as big a deal as the other skanky pictures. I mean, I haven't seen the full set yet, but there were a LOT of people around her telling her what to do. She said that she thought they were artistic at the time, but she understands why people are upset. I can deal with that. This isn't a mistake of major proportions, its just a minor slip up after those other photos were released.

Best Show Ever

Ok, it took me a while to get into it, but now I have come to a conclusion; This is the BEST SHOW EVER. Better than Sex and the City and dare I say it - better than Buffy. Although Buffy had its time and place, so does Gossip Girl.

Thats why I was delighted when I heard that Michelle Trachtenberg was joining the cast. I can't wait for next weeks episode.

After my whirlwind trip to New York I have decided that I am moving to the Upper East Side (where I was staying in a Penthouse with a fantastic view) and somehow getting millions of dollars so I can live the lifestyle that these kids do. (I say kids because the show is set around a high school, but we all know they are older than me).

I haven't actually listened to this album, but as I was going to do a post on her before I even KNEW it was coming out soon I decided to hold off just so I can make my post.

My theory is - her dad is pushing her career more now because she is the NEW star of the family. Always the most talented in my books - I started watching her on 7th Heaven and still love her - even considering the all over plastic surgery.

Dad's plan? Getting engaged, pushing pregnancy rumours, going out just to show off her ring and new fiancee... I think its all her dad, she is doing NOTHING of this. Thats what makes it sad. She was the younger 'untalented' sister and now that she is getting attention her dad pimps her out.

I would kill my dad if he ever even tried to do that to me. I just feel sorry for her.

Obvoiusly I think everyone was expecting this. Brooke Hogan wants to do her own Reality Show about being a student in University, however every University she has been to has turned her down.

I can understand why they would turn her down, too much distraction is what one University said, however I think I would watch it if it were on. I know that sounds so gay of me and very 'impressionable' as my boyfriend describes me, but I think it would be interesting.

She gets a lot of crap from a lot of people, just because she has the family with the means to do what she wants - which is trying to sing I guess.

She just seems quite normal to me. She isn't out there doing loads of drugs to get famous, she isn't going the whole body over plastic surgery, she is just trying to be herself, and thats why I like her.

Thanks to my friend Lai who informed me, I am missing the new season of Australia's Next Top Model!!

It has always been one of the funniest shows on TV in my opinion. Putting a group of aussie girls into a house always makes for funny tv. My favourite are the bogans, who are just the 'FUNNIEST'.

Do you remember last year when they did the live finale? I think that was some of the worst tv ever, but who can pass this up!!

Crash on the new Bond movie

There have been reports that this is the second crash on the set of the new Bond movie by the stunt drivers. Talk about realistic! I saw this photo and went woah!! TMZ says;

Italian officials say a stuntman suffered serious head injuries when he and
another stuntman crashed during a car chase sequence on a winding lakeside road.
The second stuntman was slightly injured.

I have never really been a big fan of the Bond films since Pierce Brosnan, but now that there have been so many crashes I want to see this one!! It looks really dangerous. Good thing they don't just use computer generating... but I wonder how much a crash costs the production.

One thing I do not aspire to be is a stunt driver.

It looks like JLo and Mark Anthony are doing a reality show. This is the weirdest news I have heard in a long time.

Doesn't that seem strange considering Jennifer also did a tv show only a few months ago trying to find the 'best dancers' or something.

I wonder what it will be about. They are so private in their lives. I don't think I will be watching.

From what I can tell she is wearing Bettina Liano, an Australian designer. I love these jeans and must admit that I have two pairs of my own, even though - and my boyfriend can attest to this - I had to 'stretch' the smaller pair out the other day so I could fit in them AND sit down at the same time. Thats the problem with putting on weight.

Smoking in public

I know Amy Winehouse has done a lot worse, but she was pictured smoking a joint the other day. My opinion is that it should be legal. It should be regulated of course, but I don't see the difference between alcohol and marijuana.

There were tests done in Australia where instead of being criminally convicted for possession of pot they were fined. But the problem was, the stoner's forgot to pay on time!!

Could you imagine the difference in society when the government can regulate (and make money from taxing) marijuana. I wonder if you could just go to a corner store and grab a joint. That would be funny.

Britney losing weight?

Star Magazine is saying that Britney Spears is losing weight. Well, she has been going to the gym almost every day - to procure a spokesperson role apparently - but she doesn't need the money... maybe she just wants to get healthy?

I mean really, in the last YEAR Britney has been on the cover of at least one magazine every week.

She must sell a lot of copies, but if I were her, I would be really sick of it. Its like no matter what she does people will try and make a profit off her.

I personally liked her when she was in 'Crossroads'. I think she should do another movie, but not let anyone know about it, so she can actually showcase her talent.

On another note, I don't think she wrote any of her new songs, and they kind of all sound the same. But I love them nonetheless.

Along the lines of the Miley post, I came across Christina Ricci being quoted saying practically exacly everything I was thinking.

Its so true!! I think society has changed A LOT in the last few years, and I can't believe that things like sex tapes make women more popular. I mean, look at what the naked pics of Audrina from the Hills did to her career. People actually CARE about what she has to say.

Ok.

So I know no one is going to be reading this site right now, but i would just like to lay out my plans for this site;

I read Celebrity Gossip from MANY different sites every day, and lately I have become pretty annoyed with the fact that a) there never seem to be new posts and b) they always talk about boring things that don't interest me.

So instead of complaining about it like I always do, I just thought, why not make a site of my own? Then I can talk and comment as much as I want!!

I hope to have some people read my site, but really, for now, i don't care. I just want my opinion to be heard.

Oh, and the reason why its called Gaussip - thanks to my boyfriend - is because I am proudly Australian, so most of my comments will be from an Australian perspective featuring a lot of Australian Celebrities.
